Biography
Dr. Ian B Penzel is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stony Brook University. Ian received his PhD from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in August 2022 for Clinical Psychology. Ian’s training focuses include behavioral medicine, health psychology, multidisciplinary team-based care, and pre-surgical evaluations. Ian continues to work with populations who experience chronic health conditions and comorbid mental health symptoms. Ian is dedicated to continuing to promote efficacious care through continued education and DEI training.
