Biography
Megan Jenkins, MD is a minimally invasive surgeon specializing in robotics, advanced laparoscopy, bariatrics, and general surgery. She is from Upstate New York and graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and math. She completed medical school and general surgery residency training at New York University. She then completed minimally invasive surgery fellowship at Hackensack Meridian Hospital. After completion of her training she returned to NYU Health to start the robotic bariatric program. She is also extremely interested and dedicated to surgical education and was appointed the Associate Program Director of the NYU general surgery residency program.
