Biography

Dr. Benjamin Crisp was born and raised in Burlington, NC. He attended Duke University (Durham, NC) where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. After undergraduate, he completed a Master of Science in Medical Sciences at Hampton University (Hampton, VA) prior to matriculating to the University of North Carolina School of Medicine (Chapel Hill, NC) where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. After graduating from medical school in 2017, Dr. Crisp completed his residency in General Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center (Akron, OH). Upon completion of residency, he pursued a fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery at Tulane University School of Medicine.
