Biography

Dr. Dale Bond is Director of Research Integration at Hartford Hospital/HealthCare. His research involves assessing and intervening on energy balance behaviors and related mechanisms in the context of bariatric surgery and obesity. Dr. Bond has been awarded grants from NIH and other organizations to conduct prospective studies and randomized trials pursuant to advancement of these areas. He also sits on the editorial boards for multiple obesity-related journals and is a member of several committees for the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) and International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders IFSO).
